The practice founded in 1988, has been based in Bray, County Wicklow for almost 30 years.  Our clients are local, national and international.  Clients range from individuals to company, commercial, clubs and organisations.  We work with you the client towards providing you with a solution.

We are a three Solicitor based practice, one of whom is a native fluent Spanish speaker.

We offer our services in a range of areas of the law efficiently and at competitive rates.

We have a vast wealth of both civil and criminal court experience and have conducted cases successfully at all levels within the court structure.

Our court success rate is something we are proud of and which has led to  great results for our clients.

Brendan Maloney
Brendan MaloneyManaging Partner
Having worked for many years with one of Ireland’s leading law firms and having served his apprenticeship with that firm Brendan qualified as a Solicitor. Post qualification he worked and gained valuable experience as Solicitor in a Dublin city commercial law firm. He founded the Practice in 1988.
He has had strong sporting connections and involvement and has represented and acted as advisor to number of sporting bodies and associations. He has represented a number of leading Schoolboy Clubs and has advised on the Code of Ethics in Underage Sport.
Arising from his work in the courts he was appointed and served a two-year term as chairperson of the Bray Local Drugs Task Force.
One of his main strengths is seen as a criminal litigator and he is considered by many to be a tenacious advocate. He has been involved in many high profile cases and has appeared in Courts at all levels within the Court structure.
Brendan Maloney is also admitted on the Rolls of Solicitors in England and Wales.
Aileen Hogan
Aileen HoganSolicitor
Aileen Hogan was admitted to the role of solicitors in 2008. Aileen trained in a general practice firm before working for 7 years in a prominent litigation practice in Dublin city centre.

Aileen specialises in all types of personal injury litigation. She also deals with Garda Compensation claims, obtaining compensation for members of An Garda Síochana injured maliciously in the course of their duty. Aileen has significant experience in the areas of family law, conveyancing and probate.

Aileen joined the team at Brendan Maloney & Company solicitors in April 2016.

Amy Fitzpatrick
Amy Fitzpatrick Solicitor
Amy Fitzpatrick was admitted as a solicitor in 2008. She trained in a general practice firm in Cork and then practised in firms in both Cork and Dublin, as well as the Office of the Attorney General, before joining the team at Brendan Maloney & Company in 2018.

She specialises in the areas of Wills, Probate and Administration of Estates, Enduring Power of Attorney, Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, and Commercial Leases. She also has experience in Licensing Law
